A Yak Butter Lamp

This yak butter lamp has been cast and chased with
various plaques featuring Himalayan Buddhist motifs
set against a chased floral background. The stem
comprises sharp lotus petal-like ribs and a longevity
vase with four fringes alternatively embellished with
red and blue stones. The rim and the base are edged
with applied pearled silver wire.
