Tall Straits Chinese Style Vase
China but to Straits Chinese Tastes

This tall vase of elegant proportions is enamelled with a central pair
of phoenixes, a pair of butterflies and a stork or egret amid peonies
and other flowers and foliage. It has a light turquoise glaze interior.
Overall condition is fine, although there a small firing fault to the rim
allowed some of the turquoise glaze to seep through to the rim
during the firing process.
