This famille rose kamcheng is painted vividly in pink, green, blue,
red, orange and turquoise. A central cartouche shows a
phoenix-like bird in flight amongst blue and red coloured peonies.
The rest of the base has a pink background embellished with
foliage designs all within borders of lappets and ruyi pendants. The
lid is surmounted by a crouching dog.
