This large, heavy brass door handle and rose has been cast with a large kala mask from which two makaras issue in a circular form, meeting to jointly hold a jewel. The
rose comprises a square plate with a circular, tiered lotus petal mount from which the mask protrudes. The rose is pieced with four holes to allow the handle to be
attached to a door.
The handle is in serviceable condition.
