This pleasing pair of silver bracelets is from the Nubian people of lower Egypt and Sudan. They are hollow but fully enclosed and contain numerous small beads so that when they are moved, one hears a pleasing rattling sound.

They are engraved or punched with geometric patterns.

They have a fine patina with contours rounded and smoothed by wear and age.

They are in a fine, wearable condition.
