Large Chased Silver Hair Pin

This large, silver convex hair pin is chased with flowers and moths. It is of a style of hair pins that were worn in the hair by women in northern China dueing the Qing Dynasty. It is likely that such hair pins also were exported to overseas Chinese communities as well.

The example here is in perfect condition.
