This beautiful necklace comprises dozens of zig-zag elements backed with silver and covered with gold sheet at the front and inset with ruby cabochons. The necklace is further embellished with pearls, tiny silver beads and suspended dangles set with rubies from which tiny pearls are further suspended. A central oval pendant is suspended a flower motif in the middle of the necklace, this being set with a central white sapphire. The pendant is set with rubies and has a central irregularly shaped emerald cabochon.
The necklace is attached to a traditional Indian metal-wrapped cord with a sliding section that allows the length of the necklace to be varied.
