Pair of Fulani Pierced, Conical Silver Hair Rings

This striking pair of silver loops each topped by a hollow, pierced cone would have been used to decorate the hair.

They were used by the Fulani people of West Africa.

They could be worn today as finger rings – size 9 (US) and S (UK).

Both have a good patina and obvious age.
