    This fine and elegant cigarette or cheroot holder is from Eastern Tibet or the adjoining western regions of Sichuan or Yunnan provinces in China.

    It comprises a single piece of light brown agate with high-grade silver mounts that have been engraved with Sino-Himalayan scrolling motifs.

    The mouthpiece end is fluted and carved with a mushroom-head mouthpiece.

    The silver mounts show pleasing wear from use.

    Overall, this is a delightful and elegant item without repairs and in good condition with fine patina.
