Users of Hotmail accounts frequently find that they do not receive our newsletters or our replies to their e-mails. Indeed, it is quite likely that they are not
receiving many legitimate e-mails sent to them from a variety of sources.

In this event, it is likely that the e-mails have been delivered to the 'Junk Email' folder. To stop this happening, go to the Junk Email folder and select the
required messages and clicking the 'Not Junk' button.

If the e-mails are not in the 'Junk Email' folder then try the following:

1.        Click on Options.
2.        Go to Mail Options.
3.        Click on Junk E-Mail Protection.
4.        Click on the Safe List.
5.        Enter 'mb@michaelbackmanltd.com' in the address box.
6.        Click the Add button.

This should ensure that our messages will not be treated as junk in future.
